Rishikesh

Rishikesh is town in the Dehradun District of Uttarakhand. Rishikesh is situated at 409 meters above sea level in the foothills of Garhwal Himalayan Range and surrounded by the Shivalik range.
Here is a great view of the forest covered hills And here is also the confluence of river Ganges and Chandrabhaga. The great attraction of Rishikesh is none other than the great Ganges River, which is running fast throughout the city And it is known as the abode of sages. Rishikesh is also known as gateway to the Char Dham. Char Dham is four popular holy temples on the hills (Kedarnath, Badrinath, Gangotri, and Yamunotri). Kausani

Kausani is a hill station located in Bageshwar district of Uttarakhand, 51km from Almora. The panoramic snow-clad view of Himalayas in Kausani is dominated by Trisul, Nanda Devi and Panchuli peaks.

Situated at an altitude of 1890m with Pine tree forests, meandering creek, Kausani is ideal for honeymooners, nature lovers and travellers. Kausani receives snowfall during the winter months. Previously known as Valna, this place is blessed with many attractions and sight of sunset so captivating, that it is sure to leave you completely enchanted. Binsar

The sleepy region of Binsar is one of the scenic places of Kumaon region of Uttarakhand. Perched at an elevation of 2420 metres, Binsar is known for offering spell-binding views of the majestic Himalayan peaks such as Chaukhamba, Nanda Devi, Nanda Kot, Panchachuli, and Kedarnath. The main attraction of Binsar is the 300 kms of majestic and panoramic view of Himalayan peaks from Binsar Zero point.

This compact hill town is encircled by the Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary which serves as a habitat for the rare animals, birds and flower species. Since the place is wrapped up in thick foliage, it is undoubtedly the best place for experiencing adventurous hiking, camping and nature walks.
